After you have picked up your suitcases and left the security area, you will arrive in the arrival hall of the airport, where our employee will be waiting for you either in the arrival hall or outside at the "Meeting Point" by name tag.
Our employee will then take you directly to your rental car to conclude the rental contract. For this we need your ID, your driver's license and your booking confirmation, which we have sent to you by email. We need your departure time to determine the exact return time.
Any existing damage to the car will be noted in your presence on the rental contract as well as the exact fuel level.
Payment is then made after the rental contract has been concluded. You can pay in cash or by credit card (MASTER, VISA).
You will then receive a copy of the rental agreement which is also your receipt.
And off you go on vacation ...
Our staff will be at the hotel reception from where they will call you at the time you have ordered. Please bring your ID, driver's license and booking confirmation for the rental contract, which we have sent to you by email.

In order to pick up your car in our city office, a reservation is required. The takeover will then be discussed by phone the day before because due to a lack of parking space your car must first be driven from our parking lot at the airport to the city office.
